Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

The 7-day free trial is free of charge. No payment is collected during the trial period.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with MINITOK during your first billing period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Refund requests should be sent to support@minitok.dev.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the initial 7-day period.

4. Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
