By purchasing or using MINITOK, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

MINITOK provides an AI-powered coding workflow CLI tool with a commercial activation system. The Software requires your own LLM provider API keys (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to function.

3. Accounts and Billing

MINITOK is sold through a payment processor. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share activation keys; use the Software for illegal purposes; or attempt to circumvent entitlement verification.

5. Intellectual Property

MINITOK is licensed under the MIT License for the open-source components. Commercial activation and entitlement features are provided as a service.

6. Limitation of Liability

MINITOK is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Software or any AI-generated outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or the Software.
