Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of minitok, a repository-aware autonomous coding workflow tool ("Software"), operated by Flotic LC. ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using minitok, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

minitok provides an AI-powered coding workflow CLI tool with a commercial activation system. The Software requires your own LLM provider API keys to function.

3. Accounts and Billing

minitok is sold through Dodo Payments. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Dodo customer portal; access continues through the current paid billing period, cancellation stops the next renewal, and the current paid billing period is not automatically refunded. LLM provider usage is billed separately. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Password accounts require email verification. Verification and password-reset emails contain one-time challenges that expire after 15 minutes. Resetting a password revokes existing customer sessions. Authentication email is separate from support email, and raw challenge tokens are not stored or logged.

4. Account, Sessions, and Billing

The authenticated account page provides subscription access details, session controls, password changes, passkey metadata, logout, and a link to the Dodo billing portal. Session revocation and password changes may immediately end access on other devices. Billing actions are authorized by the customer account and processed by Dodo Payments; we do not display payment credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share activation keys; use the Software for illegal purposes; or attempt to circumvent entitlement verification.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software is proprietary commercial software of Flotic LC. and is not open-source. Use, reproduction, modification, and distribution of the Software are governed by the license terms accompanying the Software and by these Terms. Commercial activation and entitlement features are provided as a service.

7. Limitation of Liability

minitok is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated changes, running appropriate tests, and maintaining backups before applying changes to a repository. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Software or any AI-generated outputs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or the Software. Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea, and a customer may also bring proceedings at their place of residence as provided by Korean law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
